@@jjradV no on vegan, but I eat no beef. Only organic, free range local farmers products. Goat cheese, eggs etc. I am always kind😊 it cost nothing and every day I try to give hugs and kind words to strangers! I am a card carrying hug giver😂. Always just me!

What a good lesson for everyone. When I was an English teacher, I had a student who refused to speak for months. Luckily my old teacher taught me "Everyone has the right not to do". She seemed happy sitting in the back of the class, and her homework was good, so we just left her. About 7 months in, one day she just started to speak. And what came out, she was perfectly bilingual, with no accent. This was a beginner's course. She was just a full on intaker and had followed my advice to watch English TV shows. Great lesson for me when I was younger, and helped me so much with our 3rd child, who is like Reecie.

Thank you so much for your kindness. I'm one of many introverted socially anxious kids and a bit of patience and kindness would mean the world and would change a lot for me back when I was younger. I promise we do not take it for granted.

When I was younger, I was the other 3 dogs but now I have become a reecie. Totally get his personality. It is nice to see that he has such a wonderful home.

I have a loner dog too. He's a sweet gentle soul.

Over the years I have had 4 beagles. Both of the males were gregarious extroverts. The first female was total ALPHA dog. 'Nuff said. The second female, Effie, was very timid. She loved people but she was afraid of other dogs. The funny thing is that she LOVED cats and got all confused when cats would hiss and away at her. Confused Effie was very vocal indeed, which made the cats more afraid. Each is an individual, and loving them as they are is the name of the game. Reece is a beautiful boy who knows his own boundaries. More power to him.

I once had two cats out of the same litter. Mimi was more reserved and easily spooked. Kiki was very outgoing. So, Kiki would dominate the attention while Mimi hung back. Kiki decided that she wanted to be an outdoor cat. Mimi stayed indoors. After Kiki literally ran away, Mimi came very affectionate and loving. I suspect Reece will bloom when he is the only pet in a household.

Isn't that interesting about cat siblings? I've twice had rescue cat siblings who were born in the woods where one stayed literally feral and the other was friendly. Luckily the ferals 'tamed' when they got old though and would now just be considered reclusive. They cuddle with me though and it's lovely.

I had 2 sisters I found crying in a neighbors wood pile. I adopted and bottle raised them together. The smaller of the two bullied her larger but timid sister. It was very difficult but I was forced to separate them. I truly believe it was the smaller cat just wanting me all for herself. I still have the larger of the two she's elderly but once her sister passed she bloomed in to one of the most devoted cats I've ever had.

What a great bundle to wake to every morning.

This hits me lol I'm an EXTREME introvert, I live in northern California so I need to work a job that pays enough to live on my own. I'm an construction foreman now (luckily) 😵‍💫... Lol working towards owning a business but that dog is definitely how I feel at work. I'm around if ya need me, but I prefer to work with my partner or alone.

Being an introvert, I understand where Reecie is coming from.

Reecie appears to be perfectly happy just being himself and happy to have a family that understands him. I have two dogs, one who is clinging all the time and one who only wants to be loved on when he wants it and don’t even try to love on him because he’ll just ignore you and walk off😢. I’ve learned not to get my feelings hurt because that’s just who he is.
