So happy for him.
Mera b 6 months before transplant hua h ,3 months se mai walked kr rahi hu mera weight 58 hai from uk
My brother in law had a kidney transplant over 50 years ago and is still going, so although remarkable, this chap is not the longest surviving recipient. There is a lady who lives in France who's lasted longer than my brother in law too?
nice video ❤❤
TIPS BY SHARMAJI-- 1. He walked a lot. Like daily movement. Exercise was his priority, not strenuous, but good walking. 2. He never ate outside. He always eats home food. 3. He drinks a good amount of water. 4. He never took other medicines like drugs for cold, cough, fever, by his own. 5. He always listens to his doctors. For the last 40 years, his creatinine is stable at 1.1 And he had a side effect of Prednisolone-- he lost some of his teeth. That's mostly what he said. I hope it helps.

@@kumaranr6437 what's your weight? Try to reduce your weight. And reduce your sodium intake of you're eating a lot of salt. Fix your sleep schedule. And walk a lot. As much as you can. Do this and let me know after 15-20 days. All the best. :)

@@kumaranr6437 then maybe your kidneys failed because of severe hypertension. Don't worry. Measure your blood pressure twice a day. And take three readings and then make an average. I think yours is fine. Just do the meds and improve your lifestyle. Sleep. Morning Sunshine. Lots of walking. Fruits and vegetables. Reduce sodium. Lemme know after 15 days

Great 45 years after kidney transplant, Congratulations & Praise God Sir for blessing you with good health. I will be celebrating my 10tj year of Kidney Transplant. My loving wife donated her kidney so that I excape dialysis. It's God's grace and my wife following my medications very strictly.
