    Got our 03SS a couple years ago. We love it. The biggest thing with these grills is PATIENCE. Get your fire going, let your coals build up and then cook. You cannot rush the coals and you do not need a lot of coals for heat. It's an interesting cook with amazing results. We rotisseried a full packer brisket as an experiment, and it was awesome. Tagwood customer service is top notch- 5 stars from sales to service. Definitely a great investment.
