How do u deal with the the front suspension

I have drive B15 but iko na issue na kugurumisha gari when fuel is low ,then understand high speed beyond 100 km per hr ,the steering vibrates

That one is a dubai spec. Not local

Click on the video, then click on the settings icon top right, when it opens click on quality then choose enye unataka, na uwache mambo gathee.😂😂
