    I’m a consecutive interpreter but still is very interesting to learn about simultaneous interpretation

    This is so true. There's so much to learn in this industry and knowing your niche is going to be crucial in starting and growing a business as an interpreter. I love the video. Interpreting in the USA is different especially when it comes to conference interpreting, but not impossible! #bossupandrise everyone!

    At Versailles and the Congress of Vienna (1815) obviously there was no simultaneous interpretation. Can somebody refer me to a source which discusses the language issues they had at both meetings?

    @@schadzka1 I’m not sure exactly, but I know that the United Nations uses many languages, so they require a lot of different combinations.
