The first foal by undefeated Horse of the Year Flightline arrived on January 12 at Taylor Made Farm. We visit the new arrival and her dam, who was a talented racehorse in her own right as the winner of the GI Darley Alcibiades S.

@rosewetzel8284 Don't worry,Rose!! This foal will do just fine,If Not?? They will keep trying till they get a Champ on their hands!! All Owners and,Trainers , sooner or later will get a foal that will be a winner for them when they grow-up!! They won't be defeated!!

@rosewetzel8284 Rose?? It will happen!! Don't forget the other sires Like Cyberkmife, Early Voting, Epicenter, and so many others!! The racing world is going to have some major players!!
I m a pro handicapper who handicaps and wagers on 300 rAces per week for 30 years. I have seen every type of horse a thousand times over.. I have NEVER seen anything like Flightline.

video clips by a gentleman on utube with the name 'Pharoah' show the horse's demeanor and personality while relaxed and simply walking Breeder's Cup facilities and watching track workers and exercise riders. The close ups and intimate views of basic routines of this racehorse are truly fascinating.

If you compare Flightline to Secretariat then you can expect his offspring to fail on the race track Secretariat had little success as a sire I would go elsewhere to breed my mare's Curlin would be my first choice

Secretariat was a phenom as a broodmare sire ..his daughters produced both Storm Cat and A P Indy..two of the all time greats and outstanding sires themselves. Not bad for a horse you claim had little success in the breeding shed..The amazing “super horse “ Big Red…😍

He did sire Risen Star who would have won the triple crown if not for a terrible ride in the Derby.

I understand that at least the 'oversized heart' characteristic/gene is passed from father to daughter. Secretariat must have gotten his heart gene from his mother.

What's wrong with a filly? I tend to think they have more resale value than a colt if they don't race well

Maybe you forgot fillies like Zenyatta, Rachel Alexandra, Winx and Enable…you probably couldn’t afford one of their horseshoes..🤣

@@pattykake7195 Didn't forget about them.....affording one makes no difference and was a piss poor unnecessary insult....BTW I could buy one if I wanted to, but I have other things on my mind, like putting children through college, not degenerate gambling, you know actual important things in life, that actually matter...but nice try smart aleck....HAHAHA Fillies are worth a fraction of a colt and it is not even close....and typically cost more......but have a nice time acting high and mighty about your fillies that I "forgot about" but in reality just don't give a crap about. haha
