    I’ve reported a few cases to the RSPCA’ and I found them absolutely useless, all they did was make excuses for the owner’s behaviour and never even bothered to go and investigate,

    The Meerkats should have been seized immediately! Taking to a zoo with the right enclosure/environment or to a rehabilitation center. This "mamby pamby" attitude instructors instill in these students toward those that are cruel and violate laws regarding animals is ridiculous.

    Its ideotic to risk ones life for an animal , use your brain. Cats climb down from trees, sheep climb down from mountains, cops can open doors.
