If the buyer only hopes in the ATSC it means that he is not a real buyer. If the buyer does not have a tank farm he trusts, he means he is not a real buyer. In this process the refinery pays ( NEGOTIABLE ) days for the buyer's tanks on the farm. The difference between the days the buyer pays on his farm depends on the quantity of product requested.
