--------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- ---------------
Richard L. Haight, innovator of the Total Embodiment Method (TEM) and a virtuoso in martial arts, meditation, and healing disciplines, has distilled his vast experience into a transformative approach seamlessly woven into everyday life. As a master and author behind groundbreaking works like "The Unbound Soul" and "The Warrior's Meditation," Richard's journey from a dedicated martial arts student at 12 to an acclaimed master in Japan, where he earned masters licenses in four samurai arts and sotai-ho, positions him as a leading figure in traditional Japanese martial disciplines.
His 15-year odyssey in Japan not only honed his martial prowess but also his instructional acumen, leading to the development of techniques that fuse personal growth with stress relief and cognitive enhancement. This holistic blend, especially encapsulated in "The Warrior's Meditation," presents a novel pathway for self-improvement accessible to all, regardless of experience level.
"The Warrior's Meditation" itself is a metaphor for life's battles, teaching how to maintain calm and clarity under pressure, mirroring the serene focus of a master Samurai amidst chaos. It's a practical tool for today's fast-paced world, offering a meditation practice that fits into our hectic schedules and enhances life's quality from a place of profound awareness.
By diving into "The Warrior's Meditation," you're not just buying a book; you're stepping into a realm of deep personal transformation and gaining access to a daily guided meditation practice that promises to unlock your highest potential. Start your journey with Richard Haight today and experience the transformative power of the Warrior's Meditation.

I have found that all living things have consciousness. I talk to trees and plants and I indeed get messages from them. One such message came when I was grieving over the loss of my daughter. One fall day I was sitting under this really old tree and feeling the pain of the loss and I heard, “The energy that causes my leaves to fall is the same energy that brings the blossoms in the spring.” I felt comfort in being reminded of the cycle of life and that nothing really dies. 💕

At about 32 minutes when your guest was speaking about the warrior meditation I realized that what I've called walking meditation, as I move through life, is the exact same thing. How awesome that is , is unbelievable. Something in me stopped bugging me about having to do meditation and sit there for hours myself,. Then I even realized I could sit on the edge of the bed before I getting up and take 26 seconds to set the intent of the day. And at the end of I typically reflect on the day to evaluate everything that happened that day. I have to say that I was so relieved that I could indeed meditate while walking through the world!!! So thank you for simply confirming that I was correct in my thinking. I appreciate all of the information that the two of you are bringing forward 😊 ❤

I continue to struggle with the idea that we must suffer to grow. Who put us here and then decided that suffering is necessary. If “god” is all loving then there should be nothing but LOVE. How is it different than what all the religions teach? We must suffer because we are sinners.

You guys are babies. I was in my last year of high school when Star Trek first aired. Star Trek inspired the "flip phone", their communicators, and the tablet computer, they had data pads, which of course were non-functional props. What always amazed me is that actual tech surpassed Star Trek. In our reality we had video conversations, while even in the 24th century, they were voice only.

@@truthbetoldtransformations4397so, what is the core of meditation really? When it isn't stillness, what is it about? Everyone is speaking of meditation, but no one ever was able to explain it to me to understand, see the reason and benefit of it and start it - because I don't understand how. If there are different forms, what is the goal? What is the common reason so everybody seems to doing it - just differently...

Enlightenment. Enlightenment is the harmonizing your soul with your physical truths.... Which go imagine brings more light to the darkness of separation of the divine masculine and divine feminine. Enlightenment.... That's what I would say in the most simplest terms.
