    As you go thru the concentration states, they become more refined. Eg. The 6th state or 2nd formless state is aware of awareness. Next is aware of nothingness etc. Dualistic meditation (Concentration on an object) and non dual meditation ( notice the quality of awareness/spaciousness/nothingness/ existace itself/ do nothing just be) Are different ways to the same result, Done properly. BOTH are meditation. Just different styles. There are more too.

    You, are an angel in my life. If i hold close to your teaching, maybe i can survive this without destroying this body, thatd be beautiful. I am here, and not a victim, i chose this, i wanted this. But man, psychosis is a dangerous exercise. Id rather let go and flow, but im afraid. I thank you, and Matt Kahn aswell. You are saving lives surely

    Everyday, your beauty, your deep self makes itself known, but we choose to ignore it.. we put other priorities in front of it, and so our Short life passes.. it ain't control, it ain't effort , it's just priority ....

    Besides the title I agree with 99% of what you said. And that's really just a technical point, but I also hope to heal a bit of the division between non-dual and dualistic methods.
