Meditation For Stress & Anxiety - 10 Minute Guided Meditation

This 10 minute practice is a simple meditation that will ease your mind, calm your nerves and bring some calm to your day! I really hope it helps, it's something i take my own mind through when i'm feeling anxious or stressed. Please let me know how you find it :)!

    Please, please, please could you put up a program of daily meditations like this. Maybe some 10min, 15min, 20min, 30min, 45min or 60 minutes versions as your voice is perfect and the words really resonate and are very helpful in this stressful time. It would be wonderful to check in every day. Thank you from the UK

    Sometimes when I’m having a hard time or a hard day, I hear Radhi’s voice inside my head reminding me « Nothing I cannot handle will come before me »! And I feel instantly calm! Thank you for your light! 😊✨✨

    @@radhidevlu First of all thank you from whole heart for this amazing meditation. I have seen various videos on guided meditation but didnt felt that way.. I have on problem.. I have started yoga from past 3 months starting with warmup and then pranayam i.e anulom vilom, brahmi pranayam and om chant following sawasan etc. But i can't control my thoughts. I have searched and tried every method in Internet but I can't just sit calmy. Please suggest something as I am already suffering from anxiety on its peak.

    Calm jasper lake helps a lot. It’s free from calm app and ad free. I set it for continuous 8 hours and helps me sleep

    Cannot thank you enough for the guidance. Many preach about meditation and then rebuke if we fail to control the thoughts. Many around the world may be haunted by one or the other painful experiences even from childhood. So, brushing away those thoughts when u sit down idly is nearly impossible. You, on the other hand, asked us to patiently watch those as an observer. I am going to watch this everyday because it had been really tough during the past one year without job or proper health. I believe this vedio can really help me restore my stability
