that roleplay was very insightfull as to the actual 'how it works' which i was worried about. i was never sure if i should say im dr so and so or if that is arrogant or if i should introduce or just get to it but this was very helpful so thank you.

In the roleplay when Olivia is saying that "there has been a mixup with patients results" can you actually say this when in the context brief there was no explained reason why a mistake has been made?

Hi! Great question. In this role play I chose to say there was a mix up as Lizzie and I agreed that was what the role play would be about, but I agree in the real thing only go by the information you have been given! :)
