I’m in year 9 so basically I’m at the point deciding about igcse’s subjects. I want to be a doctor and I’m wondering what subject do I need to take to be able to be a doctor, it would be great if you could make a video about that

Heyy, I’ve done my IGCSE’s and I’m now doing my A-levels. I’m planning to apply to medicine too and the advice that I would give is: - Most medicine schools int he UK (if that’s where you are applying too) want you to have done at least 7 subjects in one sitting (because medicine is a stressful subject where you will be studying many different things at the same time so they want to see if you can deal with that stress) Make sure you take the subjects: Mathematics, English Language/ Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics (as most unis here require that) And this is a long time away for you but for A-levels you must choose Chemsitry and Biology and for the third subject you have a choice between Physics and Mathematics. Note: not all universities require your third subject to be Physics or Mathematics (it can be anything) but some top tier ones do. Hope that helped xxx
