I really do appreciate you sharing your journey so far, and the experiences you have had. All that you go through, all that you do, makes such a lasting impact. Especially you going in early to spend extra time with your patients. Hearing your thought process on the meaning of getting to know your patients made me emotional. And then when you talked about having to face, and accept, dealing with patients who pass away - honestly moved to tears. Thank you so much, Sarah, for sharing your continuing journey with us. It's refreshing hearing such genuine perspective and feelings on the daily work of everyone in the medical field. I have said it before and I will say it again, you are going to be an amazing doctor. My son is in his 3rd yr going through rotations, surgery is next and what you mentioned let’s me understand what he may go through.

Hey Sarah, thanks for sharing. Idk why, but I was also under the impression that I'd have more time in clinical rotations than in basic sciences. I think it maybe from students that complete their hardest rotations early OR from students that are in their 4th year who may have a bit of a handle of things. Anyways, keep up the good work!

No we still have to pay actually 30-60K in tuition to our school to do rotations. So we are paying to be there, not being paid
