I love that you said that crying doesn't make you a weak person! Crying is literally our physiological response to stress/pain etc... thankful for you as a fellow stress crier

michael harris, that is really freaking stupid as a philosophy. people get rightfully admitted to medical school which is an investment of hundreds of thousands of dollars. admissions committees look for people who can succeed, not a majority that can be scammed out of their money. that would be unethical, if you know anything about human decency. if they got in, the majority should be able be get through it.

i honestly really appreciate that you include clips of when you’re doing really great and clips of when you’re stressed and having a breakdown. that’s reality and it makes me realize that i’m not that crazy for feeling the same emotions and reacting the same way. we appreciate you rachel!

Thank you for showing all the emotions of school! I’m not in med school, but my program is fairly intense and science heavy so I struggle a lot. It is important to have the reality shown, specifically the amount of work YOU/ ONE has to put in. I want to attend medical school and will be attending as an older non-traditional student. I have been conducting my research as to what it takes to finish medical school, and I came across your vlog. It is important to see this, because I am able to make a full-hearted decision of medical school, that would include a conversation with my kids and husband. Love your videos especially since I’m going through very similar things in School. We just had a tough week as well with 4 exams and 2 practical and skills checks. Thank you for posting real videos about medical school and showing emotion. I watch some college videos and they make it look perfect and fun. And that’s just not realistic all the time. Sometimes but not all the time. I’m not in medical school, but I am a science major and a pre-sonography student. You’re definitely my motivation to keep going in college and I started studying more because of how hard you study and I got a better score on my exam yesterday. Thank you and please keep it up 👍🏾 Also I love my lab practicals too!!! I nailed it on my last exam I love it. Honestly don’t know why, but I do. Love practical. ☺️

Girl you are so strong whether you think so or not. I cry alot and feel like a wimp sometimes but it’s my response to stress. I’d rather see the raw, true life of a youtuber who’s a normal human being tackling med school, than someone who is cheery 100% and makes it seem like nothing goes wrong. Michael Harris I know that, all she did was do a silly dance in her video. The point of her vlogs are to show what being a medical student is really like, and dancing was a way to relieve her stress from a high pressure situation. I also follow multiple other successful female medical student who have behaved in the same way. She didn’t do anything lewd or unprofessional so I don’t see why you’re so upset.

I just did my anatomy practical for the skeletal system and there’s sooooo much terminology and structures you have to know (I’m sure you know), im a nursing major, but I did so good on it and only missed one!
