Do not recommend applying for a training in Ireland, I have been interviewed in February this year - despite answering all questions right (knowledge questions - 86%), passed both MRCS tests, they gave me about 12% for being suitable for Core Surgical Training...waste of money.

Hello, i am a medical student in romania. As romania is a part of EU, if I want to work in Other EU, I don't need to give any licensing exam. For Ireland, If I do Internship from here Romania and apply for Ireland, would they recognise this. Means would my internship from Romania will be equal to Ireland or it would be good If i go back to Pakistan after my MD from Romania and do Internship there and then apply for Ireland.

No german language exam is for germany 🇩🇪 Although if u get approbation from Germany then u can work all over europe

Hello Dr, I am a doctor as well from Pakistan graduated in 2006 and presently I am in the UK and have done my masters here, I want to practice as a GP but don't want to appear in any exam. I have heard that now doctors from Pakistan no longer need to take a license exam in Ireland and can practice medicine just by giving a language proficiency test. To do internship/housejob in Pakistan for 12 months, you need Provisional License. It is given for Pakistanis who graduated from abroad Medical universities and Local university graduates(even for foreigners). As you did your graduatiom from India, you cannot get this License. Another problem is Visa. Indian students(except Kashmiris) will not get visa to Pakistan

Does Ireland clinical experience matters in usa . I have done mbbs from Pakistan now doing house job and preparing for USMLE step 1
