    thank you doctor your exercises really helped me about left hand middle finger tingling and numbness. I used median and ulnar nurve flossing exercises especially tai-chi moves and juggling gave me great relaxation

    So helpful, thank you very much. I had to watch carefully for the waving clouds, as I tried it at home and found the bottom of my elbow was "Clicking" as I turning my hand. I think I was turning too late, so now I'm going much slower and the clicking as stopped. Thanks again. you guys ROCK!

    I really hope this works for me! I first injured my left hand/wrist otherwise known as radial palsy and less than 2 weeks later I have done the same to my right hand. So now I have injuries to both hands. If it does work for me thank you so much in advance!

    Wow, followed my aches from top to bottom. Started to tell my doctor about finger pain, and before I could tell him how strongly it was associated to my elbow pain, he told me it was arthritis. I tried to explain, but he kept cutting me off. This video described to a T what I feel. Nice exercises, but I found one that more dramatically focused on the whole line (izr5Ot3m6aA)

    Hi Charlotte: That is not the first thing I would think of with numbness in your fingers. You need to see a local practitioner for evaluation. No one should even try to diagnosis you online. Cheers.

    In some cases yes in others no. My recommendation is for you (or who is ever suffering form CTS) to a see a doctor in your area. Sorry, but I cannot make recommendations on individual cases without first doing a thorough examination.
