So helpful, thank you very much. I had to watch carefully for the waving clouds, as I tried it at home and found the bottom of my elbow was "Clicking" as I turning my hand. I think I was turning too late, so now I'm going much slower and the clicking as stopped. Thanks again. you guys ROCK!

Your Welcome!
I really hope this works for me! I first injured my left hand/wrist otherwise known as radial palsy and less than 2 weeks later I have done the same to my right hand. So now I have injuries to both hands. If it does work for me thank you so much in advance!

I've just tried the Waving to Clouds, and I can defiantely feel a stretch right along where the pain occurs! How many times a day would you recommend the exercises?
Awesome! Thank you so much for this.

Thanks a lot ..bcoz of dog bite y median nerve got damaged ... Tai chi works wonder
Basically I need to start ending my yoga practice every night with Tai Chi. Just those few movements felt so good after sitting at my desk most of the day.
Wow, followed my aches from top to bottom. Started to tell my doctor about finger pain, and before I could tell him how strongly it was associated to my elbow pain, he told me it was arthritis. I tried to explain, but he kept cutting me off. This video described to a T what I feel. Nice exercises, but I found one that more dramatically focused on the whole line (izr5Ot3m6aA)

I have painful golfers elbow that won't go away after at least 4 months. Is there anything specific I can do to relieve the pain long term? Thank you

Hi justinspirational: I can not comment on specific cases with out doing a physical examination. That being said, here is a blog that I wrote on Golfers and Tennis Elbow. Cheers! www.kinetichealth.ca/post/resolving-golfers-tennis-elbow

Could having a small tumour pressing on the axillary nerve cause numbness all the way to my fingers ?
@kinetichealthonline

Hi Charlotte: That is not the first thing I would think of with numbness in your fingers. You need to see a local practitioner for evaluation. No one should even try to diagnosis you online. Cheers.
Will this work for carpal tunnel syndrome?

In some cases yes in others no. My recommendation is for you (or who is ever suffering form CTS) to a see a doctor in your area. Sorry, but I cannot make recommendations on individual cases without first doing a thorough examination.
