Every player should have right to play under her/his country's flag. One cannot choose the country of one's birth. WTA/ATP/ITF, stop this nonsense and do not mix sport with politics. Appointing "flag police" at the AO 2023 was not even childish... it was embarassing and insane... Wars are run by politicians not sportsmen/sportswomen. Why during the invasion of Iraq, 20 year bombing of Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and Pakistan not to mention the genocidal Vietnam war US, Australian, UK... athletes were allowed to compete under their national flag? USA invaded Iraq in 2003 and yet their flag was still allowed at the World Cup 2006 in Germany and 2010 in South Africa despite the fact they were still in Iraq. Either ban ALL flags of countries who go to war, or don't ban any of them. Another example; are Israeli (Para-)olympians responsible for the policy of their government towards Palestinians? *** All wars are equal, but some wars are more equal than others.

Zverev's loud and humiliating humour is so unpleasant and irritating. "Doesn't matter, can you focus ? Hahaha" " Can you be quiet man, you don't understand the game ! We're not supposed to talk ! Can you stop talking ? Hahaha" "Oh you've turned it off you genius" Sorry but, what's funny ? What's even interesting about saying those things ? Does he really feel relevant or good about himself when he says those ? Nothing personal, but the only thing I can see here is that Zverev likes to put himself in the spotlights and talking loud just to degrade people under the guise of humour. And of course it's towards Andrey. He's the easy prey, the perfect target to this form of humour, as he's the weird but funny, kind and likable guy in the collective conscious. Not sure he would have ever said those things to Djokovic. This is only a display of a narcissist's type of humour. I don't vibe with this at all.
