If I could just have a running soundtrack for my life written by Joe, I don't think I would ever be depressed again. And Mel, you're an angel. Thank you guys for everything you do.

Whenever I need to lift off from Earth, I do so listening to Mechina, Cryoshock and Realm Breaker first.

Absolutely killed it - this has been on loop for the past hour and I still want more. Par for the course, as always, Mechina delivers top-notch content.

Outstanding work as always. Mechina continues to reign in this genre. The soundscapes are always panting a space metal journey. I can't get enough!

EPIC!!! Mechina always sounds amazing and epic! For me, it's one of the best bands that appeared in the metal scene! They have to make a tour and take all this epic and cinematographic atmosphere to the stages around the world! :D

@@Herosthroe Wintersun too, some of the songs from Time I have so many tracks layered it damn near took a super computer to handle the mixing (Jari has a video about it) but they still nail it live. It isn't easy, but it's simple. All the backing tracks just play through the PA while Joe plays guitar and David and Mel sing. And, presumably, a whole team handles the lighting and video in the background. I'd guess the bigger problem with touring is they're not backed by a label, they all have jobs, and the extremely unfortunate fact that they're not all that well known so it would be difficult getting enough tickets sold. That's if they were headlining anyway, which they certainly deserve to. If they were supporting a bigger band it could work. I feel terrible writing that, I would do some terribly degrading things for the chance to see them play live. I listen to a ridiculous amount of music, nearly every waking hour I have something playing, Mechina has become my all-time favorite band after decades of never having a favorite just because I love so many. I will probably never have a favorite song, picking one would be like picking my favorite strand of hair, but if I did I've no doubt it would be one of Mechina's.

This is classical Mechina and is just as good as any other song of theirs. This is the most powerful band I have ever listened to. The galactic story and messages portrayed in their writings are applicable and relevant to the struggles of our current Earth and circumstances in our daily lives. Incredible

This is freaking amazing!!

If Cryoshock is any indication of what Mechina songs succeed, I think this may be their next #1 hit. But KZread compressions sucks. You really have to download and listen to the WAV from their bandcamp page to get the best experience out of this. So I know Joe reads constructive criticism in the comments and I want to touch on some things other people have said. First of all, the "aggressiveness" of the guitar riffs. I didn't have any issue with this in the Compendium but here it's kinda noticeable throughout. The best example is at 4:49; I'm not sure what it is but I think the orchestra may have severely blended over this transition into the riff, unlike at 0:49 which was pretty good. I also think this song would benefit greatly from a duet between Joe and Mel like the Halcyon Purge. Listening to this song the first time, I almost expected Dave to start singing at 4:18, which I believe would've been a great justification for such a break in the song. I'm not very good at deciphering the lore from these songs but if it's meant to be entirely from Alithea/Enyo's perspective, then I can understand this choice. Regardless, I'm going to listen to this and every other Telesterion track like 10 billion times no matter how they come out and they'll probably be life-changing as usual. Love you guys
