I know people have turned it into a meme but it's not easy to stay on top of a sport when the opponents will always catch you faster than you can develop (diminishing returns)+ the FIA constantly changing regs since 2016 to make you slower. Merc respond to challenges well & grow, even after 2017/18 strong Ferrari's & 2019 cheating Ferrari they came out with even bigger gains cause Ferrari wiped the table with them 2nd half of 2019....Beast team & Ferrari created their own worst enemy by cheating. Lewis works clolsey with all of em & clearly takes a business management/philosophy approach in how they get the best out of talent/realises his role in motivating the team/pushing. Toto & Lewis talk loads on strategies they use in promo interviews with corporate sponsors & its fascinating stuff.....Merc take a leaf out of 2020 modern teams in other sports whilst rest of the field is stuck in their old ways

Brilliant video explaining the external setup of the car from an engineering strategy to a crib sheet for the mechanics to execute. We need a video of the internal setup of the car including engine, ECU, energy boost interfacing with steering wheel controls!

It must be terrific to be a mechanic on Lewis' team. Watching that hard work pay off as victories. Also very few incidents of wrecking his car to make the mechanics work a pain.
