Not to bring up any more Metal Gear memes, I see what you were trying to do, but testing a technique you've only heard about in the middle of a workout wasn't very smart. You were asking to have your stairs jam on you. Besides, I don't think you're cut out for an automatic in the first place; you tend to twist your elbow a little to absorb the recoil. That's more of a normal ladder technique. But, that was some fancy climbing. You're pretty good.

@@IndiBrony Well the post is not wrong. Solid Snake also done this kind of ladder exercise after his fight with big boss and is under the same time constraints before the whole base self destructs. The ladder is atleast 20 times the height of solid snake and he completed it before the 3 minute mark.
