On this occasion we bring you the recipe for some delicious beef meatballs (veal).
They are made in an exquisite tomato sauce that goes well with it.

MEATBALLS:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 t Bread crumb
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 unit onion
- 1/2 unit green chili
- 1 egg
- 1/3 t Wheat flour
- Cilantro
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Salt
SAUCE:
- 3 ud Tomatoes (ripe)
- 100 gr tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 unit onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 1/2 tz Water
- Salt
- Pepper
