2 tbsp. Butter
2 garlic cloves
ALFREDO SAUCE:
1 tz. Heavy cream (whipping cream, cream, etc)
1/2 tz. Whole milk
1/2 tz. Milk cream (sour cream, Salvadoran cream, etc.)
1/2 tz. Parmesan
