Wonwoo and Mingyu are EXTREMELY close. Wonwoo is the more laid back one and Mingyu is more of the goofy one (black cat and golden retriever vibes). Also fun fact: if Wonwoo hadn’t debuted with SEVENTEEN, he actually would have gone to college!!

TMI: their pair's name Meanie was created at the predebut times. it is a mix of Mingyu and Beanie. back then the trainees' names weren't announced, so the fans were giving them nicknames, and because Wonwoo used to wear beanies a lot it eventually became his nickname, meanwhile Mingyu's personal information got leacked somehow, so the fans were aware of his real name. Mingyu and Wonwoo have a very special bond since the very beginning, and fans spotted it, so they started calling them Meanie:)

Wonwoo is an introvert, cool, mysteries type of guy but actually need care the most meanwhile Mingyu is the extrovert, cheerful, positive guy that can do anything by his own. Like Mingyu always cook for mingyu and so on (ALTHOUGH wonwoo is older than mingyu😂). That's why they match together. Even now, they both still live together. They really close since trainee

Fun fact : they're TOTALLY have different personalities but still along well with each other even living together in the same apartment 😍
