Okay, but like: seriously. Making meals colorful has been a life saver for me when it comes to healthy eating! It really pushes me to use a variety of ingredients and makes me want to eat the food more. It also encourages me to try new foods even more.

Omg that looks amazing. Also quick tip guys. If you want another way to prepare squash I recommend frying it up with garlic (use a lot dont be a coward) some lemon juice, salt and a dash of tomato paste. Trust me it’s so good. Also works well mixed with zucchini.

Hehe, you talking about adding colour to food reminded me of the week where I was really obsessed with naturally rainbow foods, my go to was a homemade poke bowl with raddishes, heirloom carrots, strawberries, cucumbers, mangos, and I cooked rice noodles in butterfly pea flower tea to make them blue, and topped it wi with unagi sauce and spicy mayo, and it was so good. It was so pretty too.

i store my meal prep in glass jars and i put the lids on while it's still hot and it creates a seal and i've always thought that kept it fresher longer. i've eaten some for up to 7 days before (i use big glass jars) and was always fine. is that bad too?

I can't tag both, but sealing is different than storing. Stealing usually involves pickled foods. Or something of the like. Think canning. You don't refrigerate after.
