@@joi12345678it’s a biblical concept. 1 Samual 15:22. Obviously that doesn’t mean you have to agree with it, but that’s just some context. God prefer His children obey Him rather than merely offering sacrifices (like the Israelites did). Sacrifices (tradition) can be used to make one feel they are aligned with God, when really the true test of our love and fidelity to God is through obeying His commands.

Devon should not have married Meagan. I think he thought the Lord would change her because she somewhat had a relationship with Him. The thing is, we can both know God and have a completely different way in which we are surrendered to Him. The two were just unequally yoked. Meagan is committed to her lukewarmness. She’s ok with being in the world. She needed the safety that he provided as a man and he wanted the cool she brought. A disaster from the very start. She even refers to horoscopes? Like ALL of us, Meagan is still learning and growing. I wish her well - those of you who are critical of her must have never sinned or made mistakes. I guess that’s why you feel that you can throw stones. Meagan is God’s business. Just make sure you tend to your own.

Having met Meagan before the divorce, and hearing her story through this interview, has been really helpful to me to understand her perspective all the more. Such a beautiful person. Glad she was able to speak on it!❤

His research and dedication to showcasing an honest depiction of the truth of the real person he is interviewing so others can gain a greater and deeper understanding about “Who that individual truly is at his/her core “human” being .” separates him from other podcasters. I think he does a justice to his guests. It is sad that a lot of “Christians” explain their relationship with God as something transactional. This is a very distorted view of God and even more so what the Bible teaches. First, it is by grace that we are saved, nothing we did or could have done. God doesn’t owe us anything and we are to humble ourselves. It’s sad that your marriage ended.

I hate to hear people speak on this God they create for themselves and then act like it’s Jesus Christ. She’s following her feelings and have made them her God. she literally said she does what she feels. What ever she feels she does. And every thing she saying she doesn’t feel God convicted her he already spoke to the world in his word, now you want me to believe God changed his rules for her smh. The devil loves this world and the people in it lol.

I think it went beyond her job. I actually thought she didn’t want kids and that’s why they divorced but I saw somewhere that she wants them now so I’m not sure anymore. But if it was about her job he’s dumb for marrying her in the first place.

It is NOT natural for a man to allow his woman to get kissed, licked, and tongued down all over the TV and come home like nothing happened, calling that "work". LMAO. That's laughable. The women who are on the streets, on the stroll call what they do "work", also. The reality is that is a secular lifestyle. You can't do that and also be a Christian. No man who truly loves his woman would be ok with his woman doing that. You have to be a wet noodle of a man to even allow it.

This interview confirmed what I’ve always suspected: Meagan only wants to be a Christian on her terms. It’s not just about the way she dresses or the roles she plays, it’s how she talks about her faith in general. She might believe in God but it doesn’t seem like she’s fully submitted to His will.

I think you all missed the point. She said she is not convicted by how she dresses. 🤔 about that. How many of you are not convicted by something and your neighbor points a finger at you and say you should be? GOD is sovereign! HE is the ALPHA and the OMEGA. HE is not moved and does things in HIS own time. Her time for conviction of her clothing has not happened yet, however, that does not mean it never will. She didn’t want the divorce, however, her husband did what was she supposed to do? She carried herself in a respectful way in this clip, I pray all good and fine things from above continue to find her.

I hate when people say “ I have so much freedom is God” as a excuse for living a satanic and rebellious life. They use last examples of them being pure like it was bad instead of hood

As Christians we have to be mindful of our behaviors and the way we live our lives. Yes it’s true that all Christians don’t have the same convictions but people are definitely watching your lifestyle. If we’re living carelessly or like the world we are giving others the idea that it’s ok to do the same.

So pretty much this was a "contract" base relationship in the celebrity community 😅

Right when she mentioned going through a divorce after 10 years, similar to her parents, I thought about how recognizing patterns like that can be a sign of generational curses. These can only be overcome through fasting, prayer, and fully dedicating your life to Jesus so that the influence of past mistakes is not so strong. Spiritual warfare is real. Our battles are not physical but spiritual; we fight them using spiritual tools. It's essential to recognize the tactics of the enemy. It's disheartening to see the enemy gaining ground in many families.

God gives us conviction all the time, we choose to ignore it. Leading you to being lukewarm because you will not fully surrender. It’s a hard sarcastic because the flesh will always fight it but it’s definitely worth it.

I love how articulate Meagan is ❤ She exemplifies wisdom, class and grace! I enjoy watching her interviews!

Meagan. May God continue to pour out His love and grace upon you! Thank you for showing us one example of what a genuine relationship with God can look like.

Lady needed the man but not the man's God.. neither did she want to leave her God. He on the other hand wanted a baddie

God doesn't move you to get divorced if there was no adultery involved. She says wearing skimpy clothing never bothered her, because that's not part of her conviction...but the Bible clearly states that we should be chaste and modest in our dress and grooming. She's one of those people that hears what she wants to hear and twists scripture to fit her values.

God does not go back on His word or contradict His truth.. we make choices as Humans, it takes maturity in the faith to understand that 🙏🏾. God knows our heart and that it is wicked above all else. We need God’s heart in order to walk in a way that’s pleasing to Him. Repentance is free for all of us. Most are too prideful to, or are so deep in bondage that they don’t see that they need to. No judgement, just shedding light ❤️
