Good vid. Just to let you know SHADRACH, the reason why the Kain mines were not damaging the banshee was not because of frame rate issues but the fact that when a banshee puts up her shield it blocks all damage. Since the mines are projectiles and not insta-cast powers she will proc her barrier. Happens will all projectile powers like warp or frag grenades. Sometimes, if you do not have your reticule on her when casting a power she may not put up the barrier, sometimes.

Hi 1chisca, I knew that she could block powers with her barrier but I didn't think that It would apply to the trip mines. I still am learning new things all the time. The learning curve with this game is unreal. Thanks for your comments I really appreciate it. Always Shadrach

Nice gameplay with the Merc, man. I believe there's quite a learning curve with this guy. I, too, rarely use the arrows. My succes with the Talon Merc mainly depends on the map/enemy combination; I tend to struggle on maps like Condor, for instance.

Hi jlbn13, Your welcome and you know what they say "better late than never". Also ME4 wont be out until 2015 so you have lots of time to catch up. TTUL

Banshees have 2 kinds of "barriers" that surround her. The "small" one (you can see by the radius of the barrier) is when the banshee is aggressive and only then she can grab you. The "big" is immunity to all power except weapons and I think melee. That's why the mines sometimes do nothing to banshees. Look at your own video at 07:16.

Probably doesn't matter that much but the concussive arrows are good for just taking down shields and barriers but with the trip mines I don't think that really matters much.
