@@nightindust_6088 It doesn't, it is missable. You need to walk around Dogtown, near Kurt's building, around the barracks where you can find tons of random NPC and Barghest. You will hear some dude talking shit and it will become a ! sign, indicating a event (the quest). Talk to the latino kid and black girls, say yes when he offers you some stuff, and enjoy a missable side-gig that is better than most of the main content lol.

I love this gig, but I really don’t even think it’s the best side gig. The cops one was hilarious with a surprising reward for using stealth, you have the religious one in the main game, etc. There’s an argument to be made, I just think this quest has some stuff competition.

Yo!!!! This mission came outta nowhere! Straight heat! I'm like hold up, is that the track Elba was talking about!? Yep! Had no idea that man did music and stuff too! Definitely one of the best missions in the game. Paco gives off that Luis vibes from Antman! How he was telling the story. Love Cyberpunk 2077! 😍
