@@lifebecallin don’t act like a dumbass giving this kid false expectations, he need to train hard and achieve his goals but if they’re not possible we who have more experience must tell him that. Then, when he’ll be big enough (age and physically) he will be able to choice if starting roiding or stay natty, nothing wrong about that, but for his mental health he has to know that baki physique is not achievable naturally and almost neither woth roids with all that definition and conditioning, you need 1 in a million elite genetic too

Just s tip, when you’re kicking, twist ur hip and stand on you’re toe. You’re left Arm should be in a position that looks Like u are coaming ur hair and the other Arm should go to the side Like ur doing a karate chop. Just go and find a tutorial on how to kick and punch.
