He’s so cute I have a few mdd Dollfie boys but they’re all technically on girl bodies I love how with clothes you can’t really tell but volks ddb dolls are my absolute favorite

Yeah the mdd body with a small bust can easily be a boy character with the right styling! I love the volks boy bodies too but tbh they are just so expensive 😭

Nice. Just curious-what size body & eyes are these? Just got a head similar to the 2nd 1 & put it on a 1/6 bjd body.

Sorry for the random question but how easy is it to look after a doll faceup? I heard that volks factory faceup is pretty sturdy but faceups done after aren't as much... I'm really anxious about getting a faceup done and then accidentally ruining it.

MSC faceups (so artist faceups) are definitely less sturdy, but if they're sealed correctly they should still be pretty tough! Things like falls or scrapes will be more likely to damage them than a factory faceup, but things like dressing, putting on wigs, etc. should be fine. I also find that specifically with vinyl MSC will crack if a head is squished too much, while factory faceups are more resilient.

I am new at this and need help lol I am buying this head and if possible can you tell me what size wig , clothes size and body size I need to look for? I am looking on Mandarake XD I am guessing MDD for the body? DDH-10 SW skin color custom head MDD soft vinyl prime

MDD clothes and 8-9 inch wig works for this head! 1/4 or MSD clothing would probably work too. I'm not so familiar with mandarake tho tbh 😅

All together he was about 90,000 Yen, so a little over $600 at the time. Very pricey, I'm glad to have him but wouldn't ever want to spend that much on an MDD again. 😅

His face reminds me of momiji from fruits basket. Imomodoll is coming out with a asexual body too their similar in 1/4 th size.
