Some bigger corporates expect you to do 5-6 night duties with a post duty off. But it’s always your choice. You can always deny night duties if you don’t wish to do :)

USA - you must clear USMLE UK- you can clear FRCA primary and apply for GMC registration or you can also go with EDAIC/ EDIC.
