Fox burnt through a lot of good X-men characters without making good use of them. For example, the Juggernaut or Angel. Even characters like Cyclops were woefully misused.

I've spent a long time thinking about what I want the X-men MCU movies to look like, and I think I've settled on this (this is a simplified version) 1. Classic OG X-Men Team + Rogue & Wolverine, Magneto & Brotherhood, The morlocks + Mr Sinister (the techno organic virus is the Phalanx + the Brood!!) 2. Savage Land + Mojo + Omega Red 3. Muir Island + Shadow King + Emma Frost headmaster, Kitty & Colossus, Cypher & Warlock, Sunfire) 4. Inferno + Onslaught + New Mutants 5. Genosha + Nimrod & Bastion, Trask & Sentinels 6. Generation X + Avengers vs X-Men 7. Krakoa + Hellfire Gala In my version the Dark phoenix saga will be taking place off screen during the events following a separate group of x-men characters. We will only see glimpses of it but it will be more comics accurate and still affect the story. I just want them to be very careful with how they use Jean Grey's character this time around. I would prefer to see it from a different angle.. like say.. Emma Frost? :3 kk

I want to see Omega Red vs Captain America in a Nomad series where he meets Red Guardian as well. It would probably cost way too much.

Jubilee got her new outfit last night on X-Men. Plus they teased her powers growing this season so hopefully they start letting our girl go on some real missions.

Maybe they can saved Magneto for later like the second or third x-men movie. And with so many x-men characters not all of them are going to get their own solo movie. Maybe most of them can get their own disney plus series like Gambit. Or maybe Gambit and Rouge series. Or the show would be called Mr. and Mrs. X like the comics.

When rebooting the X-Men for the MCU, Marvel Studios has the perfect opportunity to reinvent Mystique, and make her an even more powerful and formidable foe. By separating Mystique from other villains like Magneto, Marvel Studios can showcase more of her independence, perhaps even establishing her own Brotherhood of Mutants, and making her a much more imposing threat to the MCU's X-Men team. Marvel Studios could also more clearly define Mystique's relationship to other heroes, including Nightcrawler and Rogue, which was all but ignored in Fox's franchise, making her a more comic-accurate and complex antagonist in the MCU's X-Men storylines.

Give me Snowball! Powered up Rogue & Gambit and some Jubilee.

Perhaps, they're setting Magneto up as an X-Man first before having him go villainous, but that's why they had this same concept in X-Men '97. Looking forward to this, regardless.

i really hope that they use emma frost. she's one of my favorite x men members and somewhat unrelated but i hope that later in the mutants saga or after that, that like in the comics She gets married to iron-man at first not because of love but bc of convenience but later they actually start to develope real feelings for eachother. that'd be so cool to see on screen atleast imo.

I’m so satisfied with the X-Men 97 Revolving lineup I wouldn’t mind if they just go that.

There are a lot of options for X-Men that were never used. I do hope that they better use some other characters that they haven't done on screen -- much better than just going with Magneto the way that DC keeps going to the Lex Luthor well for every Superman project. I would say, though, that I hope that they don't just completely ignore all of the characters who WERE used by Fox. That would be a mistake, but it's one Feige seems adamant about.

I'm all for the originals being the first team, just hope it is not an origin story so we can have more modern members too. There are a ton of X-Men that have never been used, can't wait to see what this team looks like.

They should have it like where the audience has no idea what is going on. Bishop with someone else doing some weird side solo mission.. that is barely making sense to the overall story.. definitely need to have forge.. some other weird side story. . Oh how wrong u are. For one movie, it will be fine. The 1st thing that u have said, is literally from the comics and they've done great It is not a requirement for Magneto to be in it every single time in every adaption They always have and always will be, telling stories without a certain character. It is not a bad idea nor does it mean it will suck. All it needs is to tell a good story. That's why alot of us enjoyed X-men 1, 2, First Class, The Wolverine, Dofp, DP1-2, and Logan. If MCU'S X-men can be that but better, it will be fine 97 indicates alot of hope for their debut. Just need a good story

I am sure whatever Marvel Studios does, will be better than the Fox version.

Logan was never the face of it, even in the comics I love Logan, but he shouldn't be the center piece of the X-men. That's why X-men 97 is so good. He's not in the forefront nor is the story strictly about him. It's about THE X-men as a team So what's going to happen in the MCU reboot, is well needed. That doesn't mean that he will never join the X-men. He just won't be the main focus of the story. Save all of that for his solo stuff, not in a ensemble team movie
