Republic year easy. First republic year was 1950 so add 65 to it.. 2015-1950 hence 66

Please correct...while explaining question no. 31..when difference of opinion the opinion of majority shall prevail but where there is no majority decision of president shall prevail...this is same for board as well as committee...see section 7(4) and section 28(4)
