The question is phrased in another way beta....it is asking which proviso requires you to make a notice demanding the money for debt or liability which if not paid in 15 days would give rise to a cause of action.

Board sahi show nhi hota kyunki aap saamne khade ho jate ho . Read krne m problem hoti hai. Baki achaa hai material.
