Hi! I love the MCM bag too! This was an anniversary gift from my husband. I am thinking of adding the Black also.. I took this bag to NY a few weeks ago. Lovely bag! I have the same one and I love how lightweight it is. You and I talked about how they changed their materials-neither of us were impressed. Happy anniversary and thank you for the wonderful review. I have been really on the fence with purchasing MCM and this vlog has helped me decide to get this tote. I have run the gamut of LV Neverfull, Gucci Ophidia and the Goyard Artois. From you shots and description the MCM bag looks better well made. I paid close attention to the seems and see that the monogram is lined up perfectly - big pet peeve of mine. TY TY TY and enjoy carrying your MCM tote.

Hi! Thank you! I, too, was on the fence about this bag for a long time. Initially, I wanted to buy the MCM older version made of leather. However, since the leather version of this tote is no longer made, I can actually say this is now my most carried tote. I have two Neverfull. My D.Ebene has been carried two or three times. The Mono was carried once for the purposes of a video. For some reason unknown to me, I have no desire to carry those bags, yet, I cannot let them go. However, I have carried my MCM tote many times since getting it 4 months ago. I love the bag and I don't worry about using it. It is a workhorse. I hope you love the bag you get!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Beautiful tote!! You're making me want to take out and use my cognac Liz.❤ The trim is nappa leather, btw, which is great. Hi Susan, Thank you!! I have a brand new organizer that fits the MCM perfectly. It is in a light beige with a hint of light cognac. I wish I could remember which bag I bought the organizer for.. It was not in a bag so I must have bought it for something I no longer own. It is Samorga's 1.2 organizer which makes it very lightweight and keeps the shape of the bag natural and not boxy. Hi Ilene, great bag. I don't have a MCM bag, but I heard the quality of their bags are amazing, really well made and so durable. It is lighter in weight than any of my bags, It holds a large amount. It is so comfortable to carry. You might check out the black version. It is a little more subdued than the Cognac. There is NOTHING Eco-friendly about all of the paper/box/shipping box. So this must mean they changed the fabrication of the bag. Wasn't it coated canvass and leather? What is the new change?

Hello, The newer version of the MCM Liz Shopper omits Petroleum. I don't know the inner workings of the brand. I carried my bag for the first time today. It is definitely lighter than the previous version; but, I enjoyed carrying it, and it was easy to carry. Thank you so much for watching 💕
