this was awesome, thanks but surely there has to be pros and cons for each theory especially given the different personality types of people in general. some people just lack self motivation methinks...

Hi Shingai. Yes, that's correct. Both theories do have their pros and cons. For instance, a theory X manager can be considered to be really highly focused on company goals, and the approach can also be considered to be the approach that suits some employees. And then you have theory Y which is surely more collaborative and encourages teamwork. 👍👍
