Shine a Light studio version is definitely meh, but their live version is great. I can't listen to Above the Noise but some of those songs are great live, except for Party Girl, that song is unsalvageable

Being someone who moved to Australia and the only song that ever made it big here was love is easy and you don't rate it very high is disappointing. Been a fan since 2005 and seen them in concert twice. Always love a good McFly session 😍

Isn't it sad that they all hate "Party Girl", they hated it when they recorded it and when they were promoting it back in 2010 we all know that in hindsight, trying to say how pleased they were with it, that they were dead inside..... wondering where their career was heading :(

I remember how disappointed I was with ATN, the whole SuperCity thing, the Party Girl vampire video...?? It just seemed like they were climbing on every trend and losing what makes McFly special in the process. I'm happy to seem them back in a more authentic way, I cant wait for the new album to drop!

Yeah I remember reading their autobiography where Tom says, "Dougie said 'let's just do one more album and call it a day'...", their moral must've been so low, hearing these tracks come out the speaker n thinking "this is just not us!!" :(

Ah they missed out on so many of their best! I still remember 13 year old me falling in love with McFly listening to Please Please! I have too many favorites but if I had to choose ONE, it'd be Transylvania. I used to dance around that for hours especially on Dougie's birthday since he helped write it and he sings a lot in it. Miss those days.

Soo interesting to see because as someone who's been a fan since 2006, I very rarely play the "classics". I don't think i've chosen to listen to 5colors in her hair or star girl since 2009. Top tier would be r:A songs, most Motion in the Ocean songs, the Lost songs. Bottom tier would be the classics & ATN. I'd still happily sing along to them but definitely not my favourites/go to!
