Your McDonalds goes above and beyond. My McDonalds feels like they half ass in that they don't fill their fries to the top and they probably pick up stuff off the floor after they drop it and put it back on the burger.

A problem i already see in this video is that nobody's wearing gloves when handling food. That is a violation of food safety protocols and this restaurant should be investigated.

That’s not true because it’s more dirty to work with glove because you are less likely to wash your hands, not wearing gloves is not illegal and it's even cleaner since you wash your hands constantly

Nothing really to prep for pancakes - they're just microwaved in threes. Burritos; it's a wrap, one slice of cheese (cut in half) laid across the wrap, and then the mix, and microwave it to order. If nothing has changed recently, the burrito mix comes prepackaged and just needs to be put in a container and dated.

I have four Mcdonalds restaurants in the city I live, and not one of them do the things in this video. I never see anyone wearing gloves and when they fill a french fry container they always stop at half full

​@@rolandschmitt73por lo que llevo viendo sus videos me zona cuenta que al preparar hamburguesas o freír las cosas se cambia de guantes al realizar cada accion,por ejemplo nuggets se pone guantes los saca del congelador los frie y tira sus guantes asi por cada alimento,solo que en las papas no lo veo necesario.saludos

different temps for different things...fryers have to be reset from breakfast (hash browns) to fries and the chicken section have different temps for different things...on the fries section it's 2 temps
