Theres a reason for this! If im remembering correctly, the machines are owned and operated and maintained by a seperate company. So if theres something wrong with it, mcdonalds employees are not allowed to, or dont have the knowledge, to work and fix and clean them. Getting the ice cream machine operators to go out and clean and maintain them is costly and requires a lot of time because they do need to be cleaned and maintained frequently so it just almost never gets done.

You can find a lot of what’s presented there in other French McDonalds (Coming from a northern France inhabitant ). I must say I’m surprised the CBO doesn’t exist across The English Channel, here it was removed from the menu for some time but they reintroduced it cause it’s pretty successful to say the least. Can’t wait for the next episode of the series!
