Hi Daym from Australia, funnily enough at the moment Maccas sell the Grand Mac which is basically that but with a bigger bun to match the patties. I've heard they are serious stuff, I'm going to try one soon.

For those who love the sauce. Here ya go. Big mac sauce. 1/2 cup mayo 1 and 1/2 tsp of yellow mustard. Same amount of mustard vinegar from bottle (so don't shake mustard bottle.) 1 large cap of white vinegar 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1 large tablespoon of gherkin relish 1/2 tsp corn starch. Mix all ingredients except for gherkin in a bowl or food processor until well mixed.. taste. Now add gherkin mix and stir in well.. and retaste.. Now fridge for an hour before serving. Taste again. Enjoy..

McDonalds did actually offer that version of the sandwich back in the early 90's and they called it the "Mega Mac". With 2 1/4 pound patties. There was an international version also, but it had 4 of the regular patties instead.

I grew up on Big Mac's as a kid. Then the Double Big Mac became my go to. But then i graduated to the Whopper and Double Whopper. I do the big mac with a side of 1/4 pounder patty with cheese and seasoning. Transfer the tiny patty to the other tiny patty then put the 1/4 patty up top, as it should be!

Gonna get me some Big Mac Double Quarter goodness tomorrow!

Here in the frozen North of Alaska we have had that quarter pound BigMac here in Alaska of all places😳 Can’t remember the exact date, but it started out as the McKinley Mac 10-15 years ago and when they re-named Mt. McKinley to Mt. Denali McDonalds re-name the burger the Denali Mac!!!! It has been and will be my go-to burger from McDonalds!!!!! Been eating it what seems like forever, good to see the lower 48 catching up for a change🤪 As usually we are 2 years behind the trends, lol!! Love your content and keep rockiN😎

It was done in Alaska for a long time; the called it the McKinley Mac. Came with the meal deal fries and a drink for $10.75. They got that name from Mt. McKinley one of, if not one of the highest mountain peaks in North America.

I used to work at McDonald's. I don't like the sauce but I used to make my big Mac with no sauce but I would put quarter meat on it with added tomato and bacon. I would also use the slivered onions instead of those dehydrated ones.

I found a tastier Big Mac Hack: 1) Add 1 regular beef patty 2) Add 1 slice of beef And that's it. It COMPLETELY changes (and improves) the flavour profile
