The thing that isn't being outright said here is that this segment aired in June 2016, which I believe was very soon after Trump was chosen as the GOP nominee for 2016, which is kind of insane context for the way they're talking about this food item.

I honestly don't get why so many people these days are _so hung up_ on finger foods. Like... just wash your hands. Besides? The venn diagram for "people who get uppity about germs when they eat or even talk about finger foods" and "people who are extremely horny for washing their hands at every available opportunity" is like... a circle. And the latter _solves_ the former.

@Tristar Fair enough but like, the episode this bit came from is years old. This vignette of these brothers is pre-pandemic. Also, like... washing your hands before and after _still_ mostly solves that problem? It's not like I was saying "who cares about finger foods, germs ain't shit"; over half the comment was about personal hygiene to counteract the health risks.

Okay I cannot tolerate this blatant disrespect towards Mac and Cheese bites. They are DELICIOUS. Like, covering them in cheetos dust strikes me as a downgrade, don't get me wrong, but actual beer-battered mac-and-cheese bites are fuckin' tasty bar food, especially with some hot sauce.
