You can cook with beer but mixing it with cheese sounds like a bad plan. Better idea: burger; bacon, smoked cheddar, BBQ sauce, beer batter fried onion ring. actually tasty while still fitting the Carl's Jr format of food you eat when you hate yourself.

Brian Jensen beer cheese can be amazing. We have an entire festival in KY that revolves around it. But it is def not made with Budweiser beer.
I have had this burger before, and it is terrible. 2/10.
