It is a beautiful looking room. And this track suggests it has the sound to match. We have heard demos of these speakers at audio show where they did not seem to deliver. These ones do in spades. Impressive.

Isn't the sound of this great MBL system somewhat altered or filtered through YOUR speakers at home? Unless of course yours are even better! LOL

@@davidbee8178 I use headphones on a laptop with a good sound card. It is not like being there, but you get a good sense for the sound. As a benchmark, I record my own system on my Samsung phone, load it up to KZread and listen to that. It gives me a sense for what a system I know sounds like on my KZread playback.

I only have one question, the diaphragm of a speaker sends the same sound and air displacement, in both directions, in a normal speaker to the person who listens, towards the inside of the baffle, which creates distortion and that is why matrices and materials to absorb. In these speakers it is not an exception, but what happens inside this cocoon with the sound and the pressure of the air, bouncing hundreds of times per second inside creating a lot of distortion, and the diaphragm (cocoon) is hit by this distorted sound and the air pressure, which prevented the free movement of the diaphragm and created distortion. Or how is it?

The diaphragm material is under stress between the fixed point and voice coil so most of the internally reflected waves are not able to escape or affect the produced sound waves very well.

Miking speakers like this is blasphemous. Everyone of these recorded demos fail such is the magnitude of its problematic nature.
