You guys mentioned millers oil,i use idemitsu racing rotary oil 20W50,fully sinthetic,is it a good oil for an R3,or should i change?

We recommend using a semi synthetic oil, 10w40 Millers oil is what we have been using for many years. Helps longevity of the rotating assembly / bearings 😁

What kind of oil did you guys use ? I can't make it out sorry

On the S1 RX-8s a sohn adapter doesn't really fix the lubrication problem since the 2 oil injectors miss the middle of the apex seal. Which means you'd still have to premix regardless if you have the adapter or not. Ben has come to the conclusion that it's kind of a redundant mod and that you should focus more on changing your oil often and premixing in the tank

@@vee588 what I love about the sohn kit is that you can monitor oil usage and you dont have to worry about the oil pan draining. Bonus point: if you have a sohn adapter yet lose sump oil, guess who is due for a rebuild.
