I want him to detail my CX-5. You can tell that he cares about the quality of his work. Bravo my man! Outstanding job!

I have a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature in Soul Red Crystal Metallic (Code 46v). We used to call this color "Candy Apple Red" back in my Hot Rodding days. It is one of the most amazing looking factory paint colors ever produced by Mazda, or any other car maker for that matter. However, it is also one if the most delicate paint colors ever made. This paint will chip if you breathe on it too hard (lots of customer complaints), and the 3 stage painting process makes the paint really hard to touch up properly. So far I have been pretty lucky with the paint on my CX-5. The paint has only received a couple of tiny chips during the 15 months that I have owned the car (keeping fingers crossed). I am a huge Mazda fan, and the CX-5 is a great car. Where else can you find a great looking SUV that will go from 0 to 60 in 6 seconds and handles like a Porsche (well almost) for under $40,000. The interior of the Signature model is amazing, and looks and feels more luxurious than many upscale SUVs. I have owned several Mazdas over the years, and all of the cars have been great. I can also really appreciate the way that this guy takes care of his car, as I have been treating all of my cars like this since I was a teenager. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I spent a month test driving and researching new suv's. Pick up the 2021 Machine grey metallic CX-5 Signature next week. It just can't be beat in our opinions.

The Mazda CX5 is such a great vehicle. I mean why would anyone buy a Rav4 or CRV over this? The Mazda is stunning and the interior quality is so good. Love it. And nice to see the red paint shine again.

People like me drive the CRV because its dependable and I have over 200,000 miles on mine with the venerable K24. If you crunch the numbers, its tough to find a long list of Mazda's with real high mileage compared to a Rav 4 or CRv where you can easily find a 300-450,000 mile example.

@@midwestfarm757 Now that Mazda's are made exclusively in Japan you will see those numbers. Ford engines were actually put into Mazda's and Mazda used foreign transmissions. The engines and transmissions are now made in Japan by Mazda. The entire car is now made in Japan. 95% of the cars contents are Japanese. Mazda's are now considered very reliable cars.

@@midwestfarm757 mine is 3.65k miles my brother also have one with milage little less than that my Mazda 6 engine is still more refined than some of the new cars like elantra or corolla. Main advantage of Honda and Toyota are resale value and easy spare parts availability

I have a 2023 CX5 Turbo in the Soul Red and I love it. The color is beautiful. The attention to detail & level of care makes me want to take my car all the way to you guys to detail. Unrealistic I know. But thank you for showing this video. I plan to get some product and attempt to have my baby looking as nice as this one! Love the work!

Great job detailing the CX-5. I have one in machine gray. I have seen in some cx-5 facebook groups that the 2017 in soul red is having issues with paint chips.

problem is matching the paint. all get paint chips if you don't use a clear bra. the soul red is a 3 stage paint process. this crystal red is a 4 step paint process.

Amazing! How much for a cx9 2019?

My 2019 CX 5 GT Reserve is that same "Soul Crystal Red". After I correct the paint (except the wrapped mirrors, hood and front) I'll use a good quality ceramic wax on it. Then use Meguiar's ceramic detailer every other wash.
