THE ACT EXPLAINED (time is based on the original video) 1- 0:05 The tree of souls, everything in life is connected, balanced, peace and harmony. 2- 0:40 The mother (main dancer) wakes up. 3- 1:02 Suddenly, the mother senses a serpant as a sign of evil power and chaos from the underworld. 4- 1:20 The mother is raged and preparing to fight the serpant. 5- 1:54 The serpent warns the mother that too many souls can't reside in one body and she will die. 6- 2:05 The mother is afraid, she quickly steps back, runs to the forest and hide. 7- 2:20 The mother prepares a counter attack and kills the serpant. 8- 2:42 The mother goes back to the tree of souls and gives back balance to life.

I was waiting for your reaction to this epic performance, was taken back when you said their 1st and final performance was the most preferable. I really enjoyed all their performances but this one is just magic for me. Perhaps you need to watch it again to see their art, discipline and hard work they all put into that breathe taking performance. I am happy they won !!! They really deserve it.

Thank you for this reaction. Just fyi, this was serpent-oriented because it was telling the story of Eve and the Serpent in the garden of Eden. When you've watched each of the 3 performances 100 times each, you might settle on this one being the most technically difficult and imaginative. The first performance was spectacular, but is already being copied by other groups, the final one was breathtakingly beautiful with a lot of symbolism in it.

Bro u r so dedicated to what u do..... Checking the old performances of d mayyas is an awesome idea... Ull c how they evolved on the performance level... The sound tracks the choreography its tones of high quality professional material..... And yep as mentioned... Lebanon is a decently even very developed country... Where u can do anything.. Night life is one of the best worldwide... Summer and winter resorts are all over the place... U can chase u'r dreams.....and although arts and sports are very advanced as well.. For instance the lebanese basketball teams and also the national team r ones of the best in Asia including Australia and New Zealand 😎🏀....but With the economical crisis that hit hard in 2019 topping a history of unsettled regional conflicts.... Parents would rather push u to b a doctor or an architect or an engineer or a lawyer rather than having a career in dancing or sports cs they feel that with the historical economic instability and possible occurrence of wars anytime... A stable lifestyle would b towards the regular high education fields.... The funny thing is that they also insist that the children would have to at least practice some kind of an artistic hobby or athletic 😁😂🙈👌🏻💪🏻🥂 sometimes even forcing their kids to do it by kicking them away of the Playstation console... Just to show off that their kids can do stuff... Either at school or outside of the academic world...... If there's economical or foreign security instability... It means that theaters can function on a regular basis but not as frequent as making a living out of having a career in it.. Same thing with sports.... Nevertheless in some strict families it's true that even the idea of having a career in specifically dancing... Is not appreciated cs they fear that show business can lead to drugs or an indecent lifestyle... But that's very limited in very specific areas and it's not by any chance close to the norme..... Hope i wasn't long.. But as u said it's important to know from where this awesomeness comes from the dancers to the choreography to the sound tracks,,,, the 3d mapping projection etc etc.... Final note :😉 the mayyas have double career statuses same as for all lebanese😅😂😁.... Some of them are designers, architects, aerobics athletes, dancing instructors etc... I'll search for a video link where you can check out their names and parallel careers.... By d way singing is very popular 😎 if ur born with a strong voice u practically won the lottery 😇🥂😉...

The snake says: "his soul is my soul and my soul is his soul, we are two souls in one body" This is part of a Sufi poetry composed by the delicate poet Al-Hallaj (AD 858-922 AD).

@Mango This is sentimental poetry in which the poet expresses the state of mystical merging with God. He says: His soul is my soul, and my soul is his soul. If He wills, I will, and if I will, He wills. It is a philosophical doctrine about the unity of humanity and theology. The poem is marvellous but in the language in which it was written, that is, Arabic.

The great people of Lebanon are considered open minded and liberated compared to the rest of the Middle East. As you move further from Lebanon you might find the culture becoming stricter on this type of art (and on women in general). So the opportunities in the region as whole aren’t that great.

In Las Vagas, I might go see it one or two times but in Vagas, the shows are all fantastic, and a lot are topless I do not know how old the girls are but will they be able to keep it up for 7 months without going topless?
