I always loved Prince. But to tell you the truth after what she went through with him, if it was me I would be so upset and find it hard to forgive him. But she truly loved him and forgave him and still spoke well of him in her book. I many have not been so nice.

he married a child, he is already over like a child and interfere didn't overstep his bounds. She is the one mothering a child. She she estates so she makes the decisions on how she is Nikki and will birth the child.she should not have just obeyed whatever he thinks like she's 8 years old. Denying kinetic medical test and then the deciding 2 let she'll go after week.ironic, saying you punched her in your face. Yes ma'am! Some ppl want to judge by length of life as a measure of how much and how long they feel one can be sad before 'getting on with your life ' but for me it has not worked that way. My Matthew passed on Christmas morning, 12/25/83 and sometimes it feels like yesterday. My heart breaks for your loss.

Well Amersboo read the book. I expected to feel as you do but after reading the book I found it to be an expression of her life which, yes, included Prince. It was in no way disrespectful.

Mary Riley I agree with you. She didn’t bash him. She just told what she went through and I thought she told a very nice story. She told both their goods and bass. But we all have good and bad things about ourself and in our lives.

He certainly was! All of the stories and accounts by his friends and workmates really does confirm it. His biggest personality trait was that he was a control freak!

Someone in my family lost a set of twin premie boys after a couple weeks, and then she had 10 miscarriages and then had her daughter.

And stated she was in her 20's dancing along side of Prince having a good time on stage, her parents would not of went with her being half dressed on stage either. also she has her sons urn that in some interviews and in her book it states Prince burned it up along with her belongings the urn was in the basement at pasiley park. Hummmm a lot of discrepancies and back peddling

She lost one child, the second time was a molar pregnancy it carries no fetus it mimics a pregnancy all her fluids

With a little sympathy towards Prince you Mary a virginal young but otherwise extremely beautiful healthy looking women to avoid these type of things

it makes me angry that Prince made her go through a C-section for that malformed baby. The doctors were advising them that something was wrong and Prince ignored them and simply prayed instead.

Seems like a nice person but I lost a lot of respect for her when she did that Hollywood Wives show and paraded around in Prince's underwear she had kept from their time together ! And, discussing him although she knew he was very private and did not want anyone speaking about him in public especially on that tacky, low class show she was "starring" in. She also did a scene where she allowed the cameras to film her using the bathroom. Yuck and tacky. She must have really needed the money back then. The money from the book she sold probably sustains her now financially

I think she has held resentment, bitterness for years.she is sugar coating her real feelings cause she is afraid if she goes in on prince to hard, the public will hate on her and throw her out of the limelight. She makes to many excuses for princes bad behaviors. She knew better than to say bad things when he lived, she knew he would hang her with a law suit. Now she sugar coats her bad feelings cause prince still controls get even in death. She was a puppet and prince pulled the strings. She should if just come right out and spoke how she really felt in that book about prince, she should of got down and dirty about him, cause that's what she really wanted to do. I could not live my whole life out like that, I would not care if fans hated on me, I would have vented the real truth for personal healing. She has sold all self respect for fame, sold her soul to ride on a dead jerk of a husbands coat tails. He threw their dead baby's ashes away by having the kids urn set on fire. She says she forgives him cause it's only ashes. I don't believe her, she knows she resents him. He made the baby die all alone without mommy and daddy. He had life support shut off while she was sleeping. You bet yet believe she hates prince, that book was not wrote from a loving place like she said, it's wrote from hate.

Unless you were actually around them during their marriage, you don't know what truly happened. And let's not act as if Mayte is 100% innocent here. I have compassion for her because she lost her child, but with Prince's death she saw an opportunity to not only exploit him, but their child as well. She couldn't wait to put that book out right after his death.

I believe this is ultimately why prince got addicted to fentanyl yea he had hip pain but he had emotional pain from loosing the love of his life and his baby that ultimately it took him down he was very unhappy I think for years emotionally after this.
