Still helpful after over 5 years. Thank you for not making it look too easy and mentioning accessing the clips through the back panel. I had to take that off to get to the clips for mine.
This was perfect for my oven (Maytag Model #MER5775QAS). It was like listening to my dad walk me through a project. Thank you for the video!!
Thanks for the great video - very helpful. The bottom element failed on our 2017 Maytag after 6 years. The electrical leads were very short and pulled out immediately once I loosened the element. I took the back cordset panel off, fed the element pins thru from the front, made the connections, buttoned everything up, and was done in about 15 minutes. Oven preheats on bake to 350 degrees in under 10 minutes.
Thank you. That was very helpful!
Thank you! Single mom in a panic❤ really hope this helps my oven. It takes hours to get to 190😢
Great video! Clear, concise, and made it look easy!
Thank You.Was really helpful.
Great effective.
What if I cant get the screws out from the floor of the oven to expose the element? TIA

What happens if your wires seem really short, disconnect, and get sucked up into the back of the oven 0.0?

I have the same problem. Tried like blazes to get the back off the oven, even to the point of backing out a couple sheet metal screws (destroying them). The back panel will not come loose. Called my local Maytag repairman and gave him the job.
the interior camera view looks like you took off the oven door ?
