Floyd won. Pac man should've used those quick feet everybody was talking about to cut the ring off. Pac man was cautious too, he wasn't throwing much in the center of the ring, only when mayweather was on the ropes. Floyd straight out boxed him and pac man was feeling those right hands. I'm glad to hear Holyfield say this. I totally agree. Pacquiao hurt Mayweather several times, Mayweather never hurt Pacquiao…in fact Mayweather only fought with Pacquiao on two occasions…in the 4th and 11th rounds, briefly…and got his butt kicked both times. Afterwards "Senior" is yelling at Mayweather not to stand and fight with Pacquiao! Mayweather's best shots were while holding Manny…and he should have been dinged points for holding and leaning on several occasions. Personally I don't see how Mayweather can win, when he never even fought. On multiple occasions you can see Mayweather not even pretending to jab…just stiff-arming Pacquiao to keep him too far away to punch him. Pretty embarrassing IMO. Finally, you can see that Pacquiao can't use his jab or overhand cross due to his injury, and consequently can't effectively dance either. I think Pacquio could have chased down Mayweather otherwise…but either way, Pacquiao won and Mayweather ran.

After this video I re-watched the May/Pac fight, at first when I watched it LIVE I had Mayweather winning 9-3, but during the re-play with HD, slow motion, no commentators on, it tells a completely different story, I've been supporting Mayweather for years, but that replay showed me that Mayweather winning that night was all an illusion, I suggest anyone that still believes Mayweather won to re-watch the fight in HD, slow motion and no commentators, you will know what I mean. I thought Evander Holyfield was being crazy here, but now I see he speaks the truth.

Pacquiao won. I think many were influenced by the commentary and by the punch stats. If you watch that fight as the international people did, without either that commentary or those punch stats, people around the world, a lot of them thought Manny won. check all floyd's right hands slapping pac (rd1, rd5, 11). either blocked by pac's gloves/arm or landed on neck or back of head. they dont count. scoring punches are only those that land on face/side of face. and of course body shots. Pacquiao won as he landed the more cleaner/harder blow. Even amateur boxing disregard pats/glancing punches as scoring blow. What more with professional boxing. Many of Floyd's punches are pats that are blocked/slipped or it misses. Pacquiao won. Bayless let Mayweather off with a lot in that fight. The amount of holding, clinching, arm twisting , elbows, forearms and headlocks. Judges and commentators probably gave him points for that move, they probably thought he landed a punch the way Pac was pushed back.

All three official judges gave the fight to Mayweather by at least 4 points. 16 out of 18 media outlets also gave the fight to Mayweather as well. The stats don't lie. Mayweather clearly won the fight. If anyone wants to argue that the judges got it wrong then they have to go to the stats to prove it and the stats only back up the judge's decisions. Mayweather clearly won. Anyone who disagrees is either ignorant, dishonest, stupid, or insane.

I have watched the fight 4x already and it’s a Hometown Decision, the best round Mayweather have in that fight is round 1, Manny Pacquiao won more rounds and connected more punches, on the later part of the fight Mayweather was in survival mode because he knew that the judges are with them, Manny Pacquiao might retire because of his shoulder injury but he will retire a happy man because he knows he has beaten Floyd Mayweather and there will always be a video of their fight that will prove it and the video of their fight will serve as a record for future generations so that people will know who the real winner is.

I gave Mayweather rounds 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 11 and Pacquiao rounds 3, 4, 6, 7, 10 with round 12 being a draw, so I scored it 115-114 Mayweather.

In my opinion, WIN or LOSS, Pacquiao is always a WINNER, will always be the winner...! Because he is a true champion and a very humble guy, a public servant and a good role model to the young athletes and a big inspiration to this generation...This is the reason why PAC's won the hearts of many people in every corner of the world...Even boxing legends like Tyson, Holyfield and countless Holywood celebrities are all in favor of Pacquiao and not with Fly Mayweather...Can any fans of Mayweather explain that to me???

I still don't know what the American commentators were watching... surprisingly, Pacquiao was the one that was landing some great counter punches... but never even got acknowledged during the broadcast... but when Mayweather lands a counter jab... "MAY WEATHER HARRRRRD RIGHT HAND!!!!!!!"

I watched the fight 20x time. The boxing of old rule the one that presses the fight wins. I agree with Holyfield. How you score a fight with no damage was done with both fighter..I'm glad floyd retires. It makes boxing bring back more exciting.

Many say Mayweather did a good job, but more people says Pacquiao should have won the fight. Some even calls it a draw. The only way to settle the score is a rematch.

I felt the same way. Pacquiao was the aggressive one and continued to pressure Floyd. Floyd never was the aggressor and was the only one who was always on the retreat.

I was laughing my fucking ass off when they started playing his song during his entrance. that shit sounds madd corny, idk why he does that. and then in his other fights his mom puts some kind of a spell on the ring like WTF???? Look boxing is not only about movement is about fighting. Is about having the gut and the killing instinct of the fighter which is what Mayweather lacks and makes Manny the aggressor during the entire fight round by round. Yes you can counter punches and move, but I did not see any strong counter punch to call him a better boxer unless you implied that boxing is about that scoring points. Don't make me laugh! Mayweather would not be able to survive in a street fighting like that. Be cause power punching is required. Oh well perhaps he will run like he does in the ring and then of course will get on time and safe home. In other words and ultimately a good boxer is adaptable to is opponent and is there to win to show his superiority by being lethal. How can you be lethal by shy counter punching and then move out of the way cause you know just made the bull mad and is coming to get you? Like the spanish matador he gets out of the way ok but he uses a mighty sword to kill the bull and make him bleed to death. But Manny Pac-man ended that fight fresh and victorious. Lol another brainwashed fan on floyd style that has to rely on the rigged compubox just to know who won the fight,after the fourth flpyd offense went dwn and pac was the 1 landing the significant shots and hurting him ppl r just caught up with the commentators sucking floyds dick round after round and forgot the fight thr watching now a lot of ppl rewatch the fight and saw a whole different fight i saw floyd missing a lot and most of hes counters r short pac is just awkward looking on the defense and floyd is good in acting like hes dominating the rounds and judges buy that shit.the injured midget did pretty good and whoop that ass.

Another person who can't read. I encourage everyone go to and rewatch the fight. The fact is most people won't because they're only in it for the spectacle and don't give a damn who REALLY did what. You don't think I know compubox can be rigged? Did I make any mention of its numbers? Do I think Mayweather "outboxed" Pacquiao? Yes. Do I like how it was done? No. What Floyd does in the ring is the equivalent to drawing a charge in the NBA. Some people respect going to the basket the fundamental way, or shooting. Others respect the fact that you can "make" your defender foul you and don't see drawing fouls (and flopping) as cheap. So before you think someone is "brainwashed" make sure you know what they're really saying. I wanted to see the fight everyone else did, but none of that changes the fact that Mayweather got in the ring and did exactly what HE wanted to do. That was evident. He knows how to win rounds. He knows when to punch. And he's notorious for pushing his opponent's head down, clinching or pushing off RIGHT after a punch to prevent retaliation. That's one of the many ways he creeps ahead on the scorecard. And best case scenario, assuming the CB numbers were completely rigged, the whole world isn't going to be blind to a 60-punch con. Or maybe they would be. Score it how you see it. What I do know is that nobody was complaining about the punch scores round-for-round. And also, regardless of how anyone feels, again the disappointment still lies with Manny because like I said, Floyd hasn't changed at all so it's idiotic to fault him for fighting the same way that's kept him undefeated. Manny was stapled as the guy who was going to conquer THAT style, and for better or worse, he didn't.

I'm always open to fact checking. I've since watched the fight once more but haven't given it the extra close scrutiny I intend to. I respect people who go back and get the truth rather than those who just sit back calling this one a liar and that one a fraud. I read this article (thank you for posting it) but I still have yet to do a round-by-round analysis like I want. I'll get it done in the next few days.
