Mayor Sylvester Turner was on hand as 4-time U.S. Olympic Gold Medalist Simone Biles got a huge reception as she made her arrival back home to Houston.
Mayor Turner offered a special city proclamation proclaiming today as Simone Biles Day for the City of Houston.
